New to the Nashville area, Eric & Kristen found a place to rent. Homeownership was the dream, & planting roots in the community was the goal. They knew the next step was out there, so they took action.

Eric and Kristen saw their neighbor’s house go up for sale. They already knew they loved the location and the layout. The original list price however, was not something they loved.

With the combination of time and negotiation, they were able to get 6% off original list price, and almost all closing cost covered!

Now they are homeowners with fuller pockets, and a fenced in yard for their dogs.
