Katy is doing it all. Holding down a job, getting a master’s degree, training for a bodybuilding competition, and buying her 1st house to start her rental portfolio.

She was able to find a property within her price range, with 1.5 acres of land, that she can rent on Airbnb, Furnished Finder, or find a roommate to help cover the mortgage. She was able to get the majority of closing costs covered and the house has a separate space for a gym on the property. That’s a whole lot of winning!

Now she will have someone pay her mortgage monthly, as the property continues to appreciate over time, and she still gets to pursue the life she wants. I almost forgot to mention, she did all of this out of state.
